I’ve been coming here since I was probably three years old. My dad and my mom have come here before that. I love coming here just because the quality of the service, and not only that but the relationship you build with someone over that period of time. I trust Dr. Williams, and I know a lot of people appreciate building that kind of relationship, especially with their medical procedures and your dentistry as well.
Dr. Williams defies the dentist stereotype. I feel like a lot of people don’t necessarily think of a person that’s like friendly in relationship. He welcomes you in and makes you feel like you’re right at home. There’s never a point in time that I’m actually nervous, although I could be having my wisdom teeth out, or getting a root canal, or a filling, something that’s not necessarily pain free, but it becomes an easy situation because of who Dr. Williams is.
The staff here is phenomenal. Dr. Williams sets the tone at the top, and everyone in the staff follows. There’s not a time where I don’t come in and someone’s like, “Hey Beau, how’s it going? How are you doing? How have things been?” It really makes it feel like you’re at a place where you can be yourself but also relax. Dr. Williams also defies the stereotype, like I said earlier, of dentistry. He doesn’t make me feel like I’m in a position where I should be afraid, be tense, or be scared or nervous about what’s going to happen. He really makes you feel comfortable in that.
